Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and external factors.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order needs to be reshipped, additional fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Returns and Shipping
Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.
